Lips France laboratory is a manufacturer and wholesaler of French liquid. The team of experts in charge of production has imposed a drastic standard on the design of our e-liquids.
A requirement which is reflected first of all in the choice of the products which go into the composition of our e-liquids: all are of quality USP (United States Pharmacopeia) or PE (European Pharmacopoeia) and accompanied with certificates of analyzes of our French suppliers (flavors and glycerine) and European (nicotine and propylene glycol), thus guaranteeing their properties and their qualities.
Lips France Lab also conducts its own analyzes with the help of experienced independent laboratories such as Eurofins Scientific, based in Nantes since 1987. This "double control" allows us to offer our e-liquid distributors impeccable flavors.
No products derived from petrochemistry or carbochemistry in our French e-liquids but only pharmacopoeial raw materials. These choices make our lab one of the few players in the French market to use raw materials "USP Vegetal" (Propylene Glycol and Glycerin), certified without GMO. In the same way, our aromas (natural and food) are rigorously selected to give a unique dimension to our e-liquids. They all come from the perfume capital of the world: Grasse and its region. Although most of our creations are developed from natural notes, we use in some cases summary notes to prevent any risk of allergy, however low they may be. This type of flavor and of course tested and validated in the laboratory confirmed by IFRA (International Fragrance Research Association).
Under the supervision of our chemical experts, the production of our French e-liquids takes place according to a strict protocol. For each batch produced, an electronic production sheet generated by our computerized production system - is edited to give it a batch number and a QR Code that not only allows our e-liquids distributors, but also our consumers, to trace each ingredient in the composition of our e-liquids, to attach the analysis bulletins and to access our manufacturing database seamlessly by simply flipping the QR Code on the label of our products via a smartphone
After multiple checks of the different ingredients (volumetry, weighing, viscosity, density ...), our creations are mixed using a magnetic stirrer, whose technical specificities will allow the flavor to disperse in its base. harmonious way.
Ultimate verification before bottling, the registering document by 2 supervisors who guarantees the respect of the manufacturing protocol.
All these rules that we impose ourselves make our flavors - developed in-house by our perfumer - real olfactory signatures intended to provide you with the most pleasure possible during your moments of vape.
